I’m A Celebrity’s Danny Miller set himself up for Dreaded Diner trial after his confession

  • by

Emmerdale star Danny Miller has been voted to do the Dreaded Diner challenge on I’m A Celebrity tonight.

And it seems the actor may have just set himself up after admitting to having a bad gag reflex and even had a rocky start confessing to being sick in his mouth before the show even began.

The star was in a helicopter with fellow contestants Louise Minchin, Naughty Boy and Snoochie on their way to the famous plank trial and he firmly held a sick bag in his hand the whole journey.

Viewers took that as the perfect sign to vote him as one of the stars to take part in the second trial and judging by the name of the challenge, it’s set to be an eating ordeal.

He will be going head to head with one of the stars from the Main Camp in an attempt to win luxuries for their campmates.

When hosts Ant and Dec announced he was voted by the public to take part in the trial he told his fellow castle stars: “I’m gonna be sick mate.”

David Ginola tried to offer some words of encouragement, adding: “Put it in your mouth, close your eyes. It’s not going to hurt you.”

While @N_Barraclough wrote: “Well done Danny for giving us all the heads up for who to vote for every trial!”

@Villafanben189 said : “Oh Danny you shouldn’t have admitted you have a bad gag reflex.”

And @Utdbry added: “Whole of the UK united together to vote for Danny to do the trial.”

Before entering the castle Danny attempted to practice his gag reflex but by the looks of things it didn’t work.

His fiance Steph Jones appeared on ITV’s Lorraine Show this morning and shared a hilarious way he prepared himself for the gruesome challenges.

The 30-year-old said: “He tried to test his gag reflex while we were on holiday in Lanzarote – he ordered some battered squid and couldn’t do one bite without gagging.

“He has such a bad gag reflex, during isolation before he went in to the castle, he was gagging over Alberts nappies, that was a particularly bad one.

“I’m hoping Albert is going to be a bit braver than his dad!”
